Antarabudaya Malaysia held its 14th Annual General Meeting in December, the second to be conducted online since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world in 2020.

Two board members, Thiruchelvam a/l Subramaniam and Sylvia Chin, retired at the Meeting and two new board members were elected by the 23 members present. They are Suraya Zainudin and Daniel Nicholas Yap, returnees from Japan and USA respectively.

At the conclusion of the AGM, Chairperson Khalilah Talha informed members that a copy of the proposed new constitution which incorporated initial comments from the Companies Commission of Malaysia had been circulated. The new constitution will take effect from the date of the approval from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.

The Meeting also thanked the retiring Directors for their support and past services.
