What is Friends of AFS

Friends of AFS is a network set up for individuals who have expressed interests in AFS and believes in the AFS Mission. As “Friends of AFS”, you will be on our mailing list and will receive information and invitation to activities organised by AFS. There will be no subscription fee. Friends of AFS are welcomed to participate in any of our activities.

There will be a synergy of informal learning as some of these activities will overlap with AFS activities involving our hosted students from different countries. These activities will promote a more just and peaceful world through better understanding of the rich cultures in and out of Malaysia. They will also promote a better insight and understanding of cultures of countries outside Malaysia too.

Who is Eligible?
Anyone who is interested and believes in the Mission of AFS.

As a Friends of AFS, you…
Are part of a Network of Individuals who will be on AFS Mailing Lists
Will receive updates on AFS
Will receive invitation to selected AFS Activities/Functions
Will never have an expired affiliation with AFS

How to become a Friends of AFS?
You may sign up to be a Friends of AFS by filling in your email address on the website page. To sign up, please visit the homepage of the website. Once you have fill in the email address and other details, you will received our FoAFS Newsflash every 3 months.
